The
construction of Condos du
Manoir Fortin
"Condos of
the Manor Fortin" is a strong and interesting project in
several ways:
- It is a relatively important project;
- It touches a more and more numerous slice of customers: the

- It is a sector where the constructions are increasing
quicly;
- It includes a modified existing part and a new part at the
same time;
- The use is combined with rented spaces (rooms) and sold spaces
(condominium);
- The most interesting point in this case is the type of
